Placing an Order

After browsing Julia’s work and finding the perfect piece, you’ve decided to place an order. So what exactly happens next? We’ll walk you through the timeline, your options and all the details of the process below. You can also review our FAQ page for additional information. Ordering a Custom Reproduction

You have several choices when creating your custom-made print:

  • Material - You can choose between a Paper or Canvas print.
  • Finishing - Depending on your material selection you can choose to Mount or Frame your reproduction. Paper prints are offered unframed or matted and framed. Canvas prints are offered un-mounted (rolled) or gallery wrapped over wood stretcher bars (ready to hang). There is also the option to add a floater frame.
  • Size - You can select from a number of size options retaining the right proportions for your selected work.
  • Hanging Orientation - Most works can be hung vertically or horizontally. Select what is best for your needs.

Make your desired selections, add your print to your cart and complete payment. Once your payment is processed we’ll begin to create your custom piece. 


Ordering an Original

An original is a unique, one-of-a-kind painting. When you purchase an original you purchase the only one in existence. It’s signed and dated by Julia and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Once your order is placed it is carefully packaged and shipped out within 2-3 business days. You’ll be notified via email with the carrier and tracking information at the time of shipment.


Turnaround Times

Timing varies based on what you have ordered. Originals ship out within 2-3 business days of when your order is placed. Custom reproductions are made to order, so production begins once you place your order. Depending on the size and finishing options you have selected your reproduction can take anywhere from 3-12 business days to create before shipping.


Shipping

All orders ship insured ground service. Please allow 2-5 business days for shipping. You will be notified of the carrier and tracking number via email when your order ships. If your order includes any oversized items they will ship freight. The shipper may contact you via phone to set up an appointment for delivery.


Return/Exchange Policy

Prints - Because all prints are custom made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Original Artwork - If for any reason you are not happy with your original artwork, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to inquire about an exchange or shop credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 


International Orders

We are happy to ship to most locations. If you’d like to place an international order just reach out. Let us know what pieces you are interested in and where you would like them shipped. We’ll get back to you with all the details.


Unpacking your Art

Once you have received your artwork, please be careful when opening the box. It's preferable to open by removing the packing tape. If you are using a box cutter watch to make sure you do not slice into your artwork, and be mindful of the corners.
