Beautiful Abstracts
I apologize for the silence on the blog last week; my momma was in town for eight whole days and so baby girl and I soaked up each and every minute with her! To make up for the lack of posts lately, I thought we'd kick off the week with the fabulous abstract artwork by Julia Contacessi!! You might remember I included one of her paintings in a roundup of my favorite sea-inspired artwork through Minted a few weeks ago; I love her bold use of color and how almost all of her landscapes and abstracts remind me of the sea. There isn't a piece in her portfolio I wouldn't LOVE to hang on my walls (her "Distant Island Pier" is currently a contender for some empty wall space in my master bathroom, actually!)
